So this was (accidentally) an amazing dessert I whipped up for myself to eat while watching Netflix. And now I’m going to share it with you – you’re welcome 😉 PS: this is NOT mashed potatoes and gravy as my poor quality picture might convey…
If you like spicy, and especially if you like sriracha (a.k.a. Rooster Sauce), you have to make these shrimp! They’re really spicy, a little bit sweet, and totally delicious. Honestly, you could probably put this sauce on any meat or vegetable you want – chicken, pork, ooh potatoes or butternut squash even.
Psssst. These have a secret healthy ingredient. You can see it, but you can’t taste it. And it keeps these cookies EXTRA moist and delicious.
I made these little adorable strawberry banana cupcakes for Morgan’s baby shower. With bows. First time I’ve ever made marshmallow fondant, and I am pleased – even though there’s MILES of room for improvement. At least they tasted good… and you could tell they were supposed to be pink bows.

Plus you can tweak it to your taste buds. Next time I’m definitely throwing some garlic… Continue reading Roasted Tomato and Tomatillo Salsa
